Brisket time

I got clued in to grilling a brisket with this thread last year:

I ended up doing a couple last year and today grilled the first one of the season. . I don't like to have to watch the grill that closely so briskets work out great as they take 5 hours or so to cook.

Thanks to Knapplc and the Cafe for getting me started with these!!
