Rule Amendment for Missing Your Pick

This didn't get stated in the rules previously, but after confirming with the Reshuffle Legal Department we are going to enforce it.

It's a Three Strike rule.

It will work as follows:

You may miss your pick twice, and still participate in the Reshuffle. The third time you do, a replacement will be found for you.

All picks have a 24 hour window (including the people with the consecutive end picks), and we really need to stick to that.

If you PM your pick to someone else, that is great. It's appreciated to keep this moving at the quickest pace possible.

If you pick more than 24 hours after the previous pick, but before a mod can pick for you, your pick will stand...but it's still a strike.

I don't like having to enforce something like this, but this should provide for enough opportunities over a long draft for people and whatever may come up.
