Anyone heard anything about Ricks or Davis?I think Ricks might play & Davis won't but I haven't heard much.

all i have heard is that davis has bruised ribs and should play. he is officially listed as questionable. how effective he will be is another story. havent heard anything on ricks yet...

Anymore insight on these 2 from the Cafe Gurus.I'm still in a bind here.I have an extra roster spot & $5 to pick up...hmm...Billy Miller?It's Bubba's bye week so this is a 1 week fix here.I can't stand taking a zero from a player that plays but I won't take a zero playing a player who is a gametime decision.

If you dont want to risk a no-show, go with Billy Miller. The balls gotta land somewhere in Texas right? And Miller has 2 games in a row of good production.

i like miller this week, i think he should post good numbers. bradford is starting to get doubled and miller should be the 2nd option, carr seems to trust him...

Not much info to add, unfortunately. Both Ricks (groin) and Davis will probably be game-time decisions. If I had to guess, I'd say you're probably right: Ricks will play, but Davis probably won't. Still, I'd play safe and get Miller, who looks like a nice fill-in this week (Dan has him on his Start list, too).

I also have Bubba Franks and have been doing the same thing. On my league's transaction board it shows where I picked up Davis, didn't trust it, dropped him, picked up Ricks, didn't trust him either, dropped him, then finally satisfied with Miller. The more I think about it, the happier I am with deciding on him. Carr is maturing as a qb as the season progresses. This could end up being good news for Miller and Gaffney before it's all said and done.

Get Miller if you can. If he keeps up the production, he may be worth making more than a one week fix.
