yeah, water ice? is that ice made out of water, or water with ice in it... cuz i'm not big on ice... but i love me some water... if the water has a few ice cubes in it... so be it... nice and refreshing...

I think he means water that has been recently melted from ice. Personall it's too darn cold for me but on hot days of 100+ degrees heck yeah.

D'Oh forgot its a philly area thing.Water ice is best described as a snow cone with better blended ice, better tasting and completely throughout flavoring and a hugely diverse flavour selection.
