ok so its a clean pic to begin with. heres what i would do...no matter what picture effect you use on the sig, try to keep the area around his face relatively clean. in the last version it looks like you used some brushing or a cloud render...thats cool and all...just lower the opacity on your easer tool and clean some of it off around his face in the pic. as a whole..i like the first version better. the background and effects are nice, its just that his face area is too cloudy. if you cleaned that up and changed the text a bit, that first sig would be really nice.
