New Dynasty League Forming...

I am putting together a new MFL dynasty league. Here are the basics:

16 teams
2 Conferences, 4 divisions
4 playoff teams
45-man active roster
5-man rookie roster
1-4 year player contracts (5 for rookies)
1 annual franchise tag, 1 annual transition tag
Flex offensive AND defensive alignments
Full IDP (DT, DE, LB, CB, S) Plus PK and PN
Annual 5 round rookie draft,
Annual Free Agency Auction period,
Performance based scoring,
No salary cap,
$25 Annual Dues

There will be prizes for league champion, runner up, division winners, highest season and weekly point totals.

The league pages are set up but the link and rule book will only go interested and approved owners. Obviously some prior fantasy football experience is required considering the depth of this particular league.

how do contracts work if there is no salary cap?
