05/20 Packers: Ferguson babying his foot
The News
The Packers are taking it easy on Robert Ferguson during mini-camp, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Last season ended for Ferguson in October with a foot injury. It's the third straight season Ferguson was unable to complete due to injuries.

Our View
He's lucky that Randy Moss didn't land in Green Bay, but he still has a lot to prove if he's going to make any fantasy noise this coming season.

This guy is the Wayne Fontes/Matt Millen/Rasputin of Green Bay. How many chances does this guy get before they mercifully pull the plug on his career??? :-P

plus he makes 3 million this season. i think if greenbay went out and signed a few free agents he would have been gone but bc TT did nothing this offseason he has nothing to loose if he rolls the dice on this guy. The same can be said for KGB.

06/07 Packers: Ferguson almost ready
Source:Fanball
Robert Ferguson might be ready to practice next week, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reported on Thursday. He is still nursing the foot injury he suffered in October last year.

Our View
Ferguson lost his starting job to Greg Jennings last year and will likely compete for the No. 3 spot on the depth chart.

Personally, I think Fergy will compete for the #4 job behind the new guy...rookie James Jones. he has looked good in camp and has the size and speed the Pack needs to go with Jennings and Driver...Fergy is an injury waiting to happen...
