Good workouts programs, or websites with?

dont sweat it. i weighed 130 at the same height as i am now until i was 22. now im hanging around 200. just hit the gym and eat a lot, you will get it eventually.

The key there is to hit the gym if you only do the latter you'll turn into a Fatty McFatty and you don't want that. :-b

An important thing that I've recently come to realize is how important it is to exercise in the mornings. It sets your metabolism where you'd want it for the rest of the day and you don't have something to dread the entire day because it's over.

A punching bag, or something similar, is a great cardio workout that strengthens the muscles needed to kick ass. :-D
