Yes.

This has happened to me several times while hosting a cookout. However, make sure that you keep track of which one it is, so that you don't end up eating it.

Depends on where it falls. Most likely, it goes right back on the grill, so long as it doens't fall in dirt.

mythbusters actually did a comparison between the 5 second and 15 second rules. I'm fairly sure they determined there was no difference in the amount of germs between the 2 times.

Yeah it definitely depends on the location as well as how much I value the food, you have to weigh your options carefully
