Both looked great but NOBODY was better than Romo in week 1.

Romo: 345 passing yards, 5 TDs, 13 rushing yards, and one INT = 42 points
Kitna: 289 passing yards, 3 TDs, 17 rushing yards, and two INTs = 26 points

And I was laughed at on draft day for taking these two (Romo/Kitna). My opponent week 1 had Manning Brees, and I outscored in the QB department by 36 pts.

QB Romo, Kitna, Schaub
RB R Johnson, Maroney, C Benson, Minn Peterson, Chris Brown, Fragile Fred and Kevin Jones
WR Chad Johnson, Anquin Boldin, Darrel Jackson, Brandon Marshall, Jcoby Jones
TE Jason Witten
IDP A. Pierce, AJ Hawk, Urlacher, Ernie Sims, Kirk Morrison
K Rackers

Play; QB,QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR/RB, wr/rb, WR/TE, TE, K

Let's hol dof on the backpadding there, especially if its peyton. Romo, Kitna will be solid options, but ...
The opening scene of the movie "Saving Private Ryan" is loosely based on games of dodgeball Brian Dawkins played in second grade.

I think so. I think he is underrated, and Calvin Johnson is always a good addition for a QB. ;-D
