ok so here it goes
1. Braylon Edwards
I believe he is a key element in the rebuilding of the Browns good hands, good size, and good speed like an Andre Johnson protoype. The only thing stoppign him from being a #1 receiver is his team btu i believe that is changing, and his ceiling is the highest out of this list of guys....
2. Vincent Jackson
I like Vincent Jackson simply because of his large frame and his wilingness to go over the middle....he is a great endzone target, on a great offensive team
3. Reggie Brown
Ok, I know this may be a bit of a stretch but come on Im an eagles fan!

No but seriously he is McNabbs most reliable target. He wont score more than 5-6 TD's but he'll get decent yardage as a low number 2 high number 3 option....
4. Mark Clayton
he is a solid receiver however i dont see many td's coming from him being a tiny guy on a low ascoring Baltimore offense....
5. Chris Henry
If he werent always in jail or trouble he would be 3rd on my list EASILY....this guy scored 9 TD's and 36 receptions starting only 4 games last season and he is still only 24! This guy has it all but he is missing the common sense...but that usually comes with age...I'd stash him in all of my dynasty leagues as a 4th receiver until then
6. Brandon Jones
Vince Youngs comparisons to Michael Vick are fairly inaccurate....Vince Young is the next Donovan McNabb or Steve McNair both highly regarded leaders....Brandon Jones wont be a stud but he will be a serviceable fantasy contributor coming off the bench
moved up 7. Devery Henderson
Kind of like a reggie brown type.....but with Colston in front of him and a couple more mouths to feed than the eagles....o and not to mention a 2 RB system....
pushed down 8. Matt Jones
I dont even know why I put Matt Jones here. I guess its because of his build but that doesnt do too much when u have cinderblocks for hands and u have a 3 RB system ...and a starting QB that can hardly stay healthy.....great experimental failure, but there is still soem hope i guess he is only 24 as well
9. Mike Williams - can go as high as 6th but his talent remains to be seen...and he is in Oakland after all...but he is only 23 and i wont completely give up on him yet which is why he is at the top of the bottom 4
moved up 10. Roddy White - Vick+Jenkins+number 1 rushing team in the league and factor in that he really is only a speed guy doesnt look too good....however he did lead the falcons receivers in receiving yards last year
pushed down 11. Nate Washington - he is small and has Santonio Holmes and Hines Ward+new coach to deal with that=him not being that great of an option
12. Troy Williamson - just not impressed at all by him or the team he is on.....
