Exactly. Trading picks is not utilized much in redraft leagues, that is more for dynasty/keeper leagues, but it can be done.

I believe that you are misunderstanding here. I think that he is talking about trading picks in a current draft. Like swapping picks in 2 consecutive rounds. I have done it in offline drafts.

That's right, I'm talking about trading picks within the same draft. Think about it, which other picks would be required for you to part with your first round pick?
