As an IT Profession, I'll 5th it. I still use IE, but that's mainly when I want to check compatibility issues, or I'm designing a site and expect most users to be on IE. Really, its inferior in every way to Firefox.
I use IE 7 and Firefox 2.0.0.4 and don't see any real benefits to Firefox, so browser is really irrelevant.
Anyway, you haven't made any changes recently at all?
Check the lower right and corner of your screen. See the zoom level? Should be at 100%. I'm almost willing to bet your says 125%. There's a little box next to it where you can select the zoom level. Put it to 100% and that should fix the problem.
I am the Reaper of Men, The Chaser of Souls, The Weaver of Nightmares, I am The Heart of Darkness. I now, and ever will be, The Purity of Evil.

that probably happened from you holding down control while using your scroll wheel. That happened to me pretty often while I used IE.
