Drafting and Bye Weeks

Bye weeks are not that important during the draft, in my experience. I have done plenty of drafts where I didn't even have the bye week information on my cheatsheet. If it is there, I generally only look at bye weeks through week 4 or 5 (and bye weeks don't start until week 3). I just know that during the season, I am going to make a lot of roster moves. I don't expect my roster in week 8 to look very much like my roster coming out of the draft, so it would be foolish for me to base draft decisions on bye weeks in most instances because chances are good that I will have already moved the player I am worried about by week 6 anyway.

I generally just make sure my top 2 rb's, and wr's don't have the same bye. Other than that it really doesn't play a factor in any of my decisions.
