Yahoo signup -Computer Gurus needed ?

Okay so I notice Yahoo is open now and I wanted to sign up and create a custom league. I've done this for many years now, but this time I'm having troubles...

When I sign in and get to the Terms of Service agreeement I go to the bottom and click on "Agree" and it just sends me back to the same TOS page ? I get a little message in the lower left bar saying "Error on Page".

I'm on a 2.5 year old HP computer running Windows XP. Sadly I'm still on dialup -but I've never had this trouble ?

Any advice from the computer literate out there ?

I've signed up 2 leagues so far this year with no problems.

Maybe try a different browser? If you're using IE try Firefox or vice versa. I don't know what else to say, you shouldn't be having that problem.
