If the man is smart, he'll retire and forgo any further possible injury to his neck. He was a great MLB and he will be missed, but his health after football is more important and he should just quite while he's ahead. If he didn't pass the Giants physical when they were fixin' to trade him to NY, I doubt he'll pass anyone elses.
