Yep, I agree. I think that falls in CBS Sportsline's problems though. I don't know why they would allow any FA activity including rookies before the draft unless you specifically said you wanted it.

On CBS Sportsline, the Commish does have the ability to disable add/drops. Usually this happens during ffplayoffs and stays 'off' throughout the season, until the Commish turns it back "on."
