firstime auction dynasty commish

we have $1000 cap for our auction and salaries. team A won both LT2 and Sjax and is almost broke. team A trades team B Sjax $316 for M.leinart $120 to have some cap room. I believe that this is a fair deal but two teams object to the point that they want out of the league. i am going to remove them from the league in order to avoid future undo objections (dee dee dee'ness). the auction is only about %10-20 complete. each team nominates two players and bids have to stand for 48 hrs so this is a slow process designed to last all summer. i put the players that were won from the teams that quit back on the auction board for the min. did i handle this situation right? is this a unreasonable trade? i want to weed out the bad owners early.
