Absolutely agree that auction is the way to go. Drafting has too much luck involved with where you pick, and who you're able to target. Auction introduces much more strategy and skill into the process...

I'm a big fan of auctions. Heading into my 6th year using this method and find it much better than the traditional snake draft. Besides the strategy, you are more engaged throughout the draft rather than just waiting until your next pick.
