Picking Strategy if you can play 2 QB's or 2 DST's

Picking Strategy if you can play 2 QB's or 2 DST's

In my league (10 team keeper...I pick 7th) they have changed some things around:
I have to start a total of 9 players (QB, RB, WR, TE, K, and DST)
I have to have at least 1 player in each position:
QB Start 1 - 2 at one time
RB Start 1- 3 at one time
WR Start 1 - 4 at one time
TE Start only 1
K Strat only 1
DST Start 1- 2 at one time

So I would think I would start (obviously depending on players and schedule:
2 - QB's
3 - RB's
1 WR
1 TE
1 K
1 DST

My ultimate question is do I move my QB's higher because I can start 2? Or my DST higher because if they are a top notch DST they will score mucho points?

Below is my very very long scoring system if your interested...thanks in advance. (For the record I am not a fan of being able to play 2 QB's or DST's)

Scoring for Offensive Categories
FG - Field Goals 5 points
Plus 3 points for a FG of 30 to 39 Yds
Plus 4 points for a FG of 40 to 49 Yds
Plus 6 points for a FG of 50 to 59 Yds
Plus 8 points for a FG of 60+ Yds

FL - Fumble Lost, Including ST plays -3 points
MFG - Missed Field Goal -2 points
MXP - Missed Extra Point -1 point
Pa2P - Passing Two-point Conversion 2 points
Pa40 - Pass Completion 40+ Yards 3 points
PaAtt - Passing Attempt .4 points
PaFD - Passing First Down .2 points
PaInt - Passing Interception -3 points
PaTD - Passing TD 5 points
Plus 2 points for a PaTD of 11 to 20 Yds
Plus 3 points for a PaTD of 21 to 30 Yds
Plus 4 points for a PaTD of 31 to 40 Yds
Plus 5 points for a PaTD of 41 to 50 Yds
Plus 6 points for a PaTD of 51 to 60 Yds
Plus 7 points for a PaTD of 61 to 70 Yds
Plus 8 points for a PaTD of 71 to 80 Yds
Plus 9 points for a PaTD of 81 to 90 Yds
Plus 10 points for a PaTD of 91+ Yds

ReFD - Receiving First Down .5 points
ReTD - Receiving TD 5 points
Plus 2 points for a ReTD of 11 to 20 Yds
Plus 3 points for a ReTD of 21 to 30 Yds
Plus 4 points for a ReTD of 31 to 40 Yds

29 - 35 PA = -2 points
36 - 42 PA = -4 points
43+ PAs = -6 points

PRYd - Punt Return Yards (ID/ST/DST) 0 - 20 PRYds = 2 points
21 - 40 PRYds = 3 points
41 - 60 PRYds = 4 points
61 - 80 PRYds = 5 points
81+ PRYds = 6 points

PaYdA - Passing Yards Allowed 300+ PaYdAs = -3 points

RuYdA - Rushing Yards Allowed 150+ RuYdAs = -3 points

SACK - Sack 3 points
STTD - Special Teams TD 5 points
Plus 2 points for a STTD of 11 to 20 Yds

QB would move up, but not a ton. I would stil rather focus on RB, being able to start 3. As for defense, they are so unpredictable that I still wouldn't focus much on them. I don't think they are going to make or break your season by selecting 1 average defense.

With points for attemts and carries QB's and RB's value goes way up. Accurate QB's that throw alot McNabb, Manning, etc have great value. Also RB's that get alot of carries are even more valuable LT, LJ and SJ are easily the top three picks. I wouldn't draft a WR till round 5 or 6. I would try and grab my RB's and QB's before everything else.
