Wide receiver Chris Horn has impressed teammates and coaches during the team's offseason workouts. The Charlotte Observer reports that Horn is drawing comparisons to Ricky Proehl, who previously served as the team's No. 3 receiver. Horn has appeared in only three games over the last four seasons.

Our View
There are rumblings that Horn could be the man to beat for the team's No. 3 receiver job. Meanwhile, Drew Carter is ahead of rookie Dwayne Jarrett on the depth chart at this point. Although plenty could change during training camp, it appears as though the rookie will spend the summer fighting for playing time
