play as a fighter/ranger/mage. although fighters with largeswords are the strongest players right now. but it's still beta, and supposedly the next update should help mages.

I was a fan of text base RPGs back in the day... I figure though it would be a shame not to utilize the new pretty graphics in all the MMORPGs etc. that we have out today which generally dominate my gaming time.

I agree, that's why it's more of a timewaster.

what's interesting is being able to figure out the equation behind the battles to optimize. since it's text based you can copy and past to excel and do some stat analysis.

Wow that could be very interesting. On another note your PM button looks like its messed up cowboyz, but maybe it's just me.
