Do most keepers snake their drafts?

This is our first off-season running a keeper and I couldn't help but notice that many keeper leagues snake their drafts. We, initially, thought they we would draft like the nfl: 1-12, 1-12, because it makes sense to help out the teams that struggled. I wanted to post on here, though, and get some thoughts on the subject. Should we snake our draft or just do what we want? Any consequences to NOT snaking our draft? Thanks.

An alternative you may wanna consider is to draft "NFL Style" for a number of rounds equal to the amount of keepers in your league, and then going snake after that.

I am in my first keeper this year and we are snaking the whole draft. I have seen it done a lot of ways though, so its really up to what the owners can agree on.

The only drafts I do NFL style are dynasty rookie drafts. That helps out the weaker teams a lot. But, like it's been said, there are many different ways to draft. You should do whatever the league as a whole wants to do IMO.
