Scoring in a Re-Draft

Starting up a RE-DRAFT league with co-workers and am looking for a good scoring set-up. Would like something simple/not too complicated but with enough bells and whistles to make things interesting.

Thinking about the following set-up

QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R, K, DEF, DL, DB, DB, D, 7 BN
