Carolina won't just hand Jarrett the starting job. Basically, Carter's value will depend on his training camp battle with Jarrett. If he gets the #2 job, he could be a nice sleeper. If he is the slot receiver, he probably won't get enough opportunities to make a serious fantasy impact.
