My league heavily rewards any player for doing something "out of their position".

Gives RBs big pts for receiving yards, WRs big pts for any rushing yards on reverses, QBs big points for rushing yards, etc.

For instance, the game last year when Vick had a 100+ yard rushing game...

A QB in our league gets as many pts for 100 yards rushing as a QB would get for 370 yards passing.

Even with that and Vick's 1000+ yard season, Vick was 3rd behind Brees and Manning last year for QBs in our league...and do you really think he'll have another 1000+ yard rushing season?

Now, Vick is a typical top 5 QB in our league because of the rushing yardage bonus, but he doesn't pass up guys like Manning, Palmer, and Brady this season on draft boards, especially with his off the field issues this season.
