free keeper league host?

My league would like to do a keeper league this year, and as commissioner, it is my job to set it up. We have traditionally hosted on Yahoo w/ little to no complaints, but I understand that Yahoo does not have a keeper option.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a FREE league host that allows for keeper leagues w/ basic customizable options? We don't put any money on it, so something like Yahoo or AOL would be ideal. All opinions appreciated.

AOL is hands down the best free provider. See mine and other comments here
