The Saints signed rookie linebacker Marvin Mitchell to a three-year contract, according to Tuesday's New Orleans Times-Picayune. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The Saints selected Mitchell in the seventh round of the draft.

Our View
Mitchell will compete for a roster spot this summer and warrants no IDP consideration.
