Any advice on my roster set-up and scoring?

I'm the commish of a 10 team, H2H league with the following scoring categories and roster set-up:

We're playing at $50/head, not that it matters much, but I want to make sure we do this league right. Does anyone think I should adjust anything, or add any roster positions? Thanks in advance, and leave a link if you need help too!

Just me but I would remove that much flex in the roster. Being able to start 3 or even 4 RBs is a huge advantage. I would go:
QB
WR
WR
RB
RB
TE
W/R
K
Team DEF

but if you guys like it go for it

You can still start 3 in this format but it is a little more widely accepted
