The company line from the Vikings is that they're going to split so they can both stay fresh and remain productive, but I fully expect Peterson to take over a bulk of the carries around mid-season and possibly sooner. He's infinitely more talented than Taylor, and with the Vikes likely not competing this year they'll probably throw AD into the fire more and more as the year goes on. His shoulder/collarbone has been cleared by doctors and he is heading into training camp at 100%. Taylor will steal some touches but barring a Peterson injury I can't see him taking a large share.

I dont know how you can call it a fiasco. It's a pretty nice thing to have two good RBs on your team. They'll both split carries, with Taylor playing in more third-down situations because of his receving skills.

Many teams have made the RBBC thing work(Dallas, Jacksonville), so I dont know how itd be considered a fiasco in Minesora

:-?

Did I miss the article where they described ADP's leg falling off? What "fiasco" is this?

I think there are a number of teams in the league that would be pretty happy about the future of their backfield with those two lining up at RB. ;-)

Fiasco...lol. No they will split carries at first but just like what most people are saying I also agree that Peterson will start to take over. It will happen slowly but it will happen. I would not feel comfortable having either as my #2 but as #3 that would be ideal. Good luck.

I would add, but i def. agree with the 2 vikes fans that have already posted... i'll be hitting camp a lot and let you know if I hear more. Last rumor I heard was that peterson was gonna wear some sort of jacket/vest for camp... but we'll see... it's still over 3 weeks away...

hey BB... see you at the cheerleader clinic on the 28th ;-D

Who cares what NFL teams would want? As far as fantasy is concerned, it's another rbbc mess

Well, if it ends up like the "mess" in New Orleans was last year I'd take it! Only time will tell...
