Eagles fullback Jason Davis is nearly 100 percent and looking forward to competing for a job in training camp. He tore his ACL on August 17 in a preseason game against the Ravens and missed the entire 2006 campaign. "I'm not 100 percent, but I'm very close. I'll be 100 percent in July, ready to roll when training camp comes around," Davis tells the team's official web site. "The struggle was getting through minicamp and we got through it."

Davis, who was a rookie free agent last year, earned some praise last August before suffering the injury. He'll have a tough time unseating Thomas Tapeh for the top fullback job, and his main competition for the backup spot is rookie Nate Ilaoa. There's no fantasy value here.
