Driver and Gates IMMEDIATELY jump out at me from that list.
Driver is WR15 on there. He has finished better than that 4 of the last 5 years, and generally has finished quite a bit better.
Gates has put up almost identical numbers to Boldin the last 3 years, and he has done it from the TE position (thus adding more value) and he's still ranked 10 spots below Boldin, who you felt was underrated at 37.
I completely overlooked Gates because I usually associate his name with over-valued. But now that you mention it, he does seem a little low this season on Yahoo. I'll definitely look more closely at his stats tonight!

Yep, I've just realized to shut up in Yahoo! leagues. These are the same people that offere Brandon Jackson for Joseph Addai.
I even got laughed at in MDC. I got Portis in the 4th round , I repeat, 4th round. They said "haha ur gonna suck this year. that backup dude will get some touchdowns"

I've only laughed at a guy once. And i think I have the right. After all, he did draft Brady in the 7th spot...of the 1st round.
Well I was able to jump on Julius Jones, but with my draft position I barely missed out on a few of the other values. Gates, Driver, etc were taken well above the Yahoo rank. Maybe next time!

I have several live drafts this weekend and went into edit my rankings today so that they are in order. The following are some of the more interesting Yahoo rankings imo:
Yahoo! rankings: wrote:WR Anthony Gonzalez 101 RB Chris Henry 106 RB Dominic Rhodes 113 WR Chris Henry 146 RB Kenny Irons 172 RB Cedric Houston 182
WR Nate Washington 1390 RB Curtis Martin 1440 WR Hank Baskett 1416 RB Chris Brown 1434 RB Najeh Davenpoop 1451 RB Kevan Barlow 1500 WR Brian Finneran 1552 WR Terrance Copper 1564 RB Mike Alstott 1603 WR Robert Meachem 1703 WR Jacoby Jones 1718 WR James Jones 1722
I'm hoping that nearly all Cafe members do auctions or live drafts with all league members present. But just in case some people don't show up for the draft and haven't adjusted their rankings, or God forbid your league does Autodraft and they haven't adjusted the Yahoo rankings, here are some observations:
You'll probably see WR Anthony Gonzalez, RB Chris Henry, and RB Dominic Rhodes on a lot of rosters of absentee drafters.
Kenny Irons is on IR for 2007, and Cedric Houston quit playing football and yet are ranked higher than hundreds if not thousands of other players
Curtis Martin retired, yet is ranked higher than many active players.
Kevan Barlow got cut by the Steelers earlier this week yet is ranked higher than many active players.
Brian Finneran and Mike Alstott are on IR for 2007 and their careers are possibly over, yet are ranked higher than many active players.
If you buy into preseason hype, notice how lowly ranked the Jones rookies are. You can probably wait until the very last rounds of your draft to grab one.
Portis is a great 2nd RB and so is Caddy. Peterson is really low (lower than Lynch!). Jordan is probably the best value here. At RB35 you can probably get him in the 6-8th round, a steal at RB3 or 4. Bell and Peterson are both top backups.
