League Basics
16 teams
Four 4 team divisions
6 playoff teams (4 division champs, 2 wild cards)
$30 entry fee
50% year two deposit required from all 1st year owners (The deposit is to insure that owners will return year to year, or in case an owners bails out of the league, the league may have to sell a Franchise at a discounted price.)

Player Distribution
This league is unique. Players are distributed by each owner “drafting” two NFL franchises. All NFL players form those two franchises become members of the owner’s team roster. By a certain date ****UNDECIDED*** each owner will be required to cut down to the league final roster size. All cut players will become free agents.

In future seasons, rookies that are drafted by the owner’s NFL franchises will automatically become members of their fantasy team. The future of your rookie selection is at the hands of the actual NFL owners, GMs, and coaches. These draft picks may be traded to other teams for draft picks for players and/or draft picks.

2 points for every Two-Point Conversion Passing
4 points for every Passing TD
-2 points for every Interception

1 point for every 10 Rushing Yards
2 points for every Two-Point Conversion Rushing
6 points for every Rushing TD
-2 points for every Fumble Lost

Receiving
.5 points for every 1 Catch
.1 point for every 1 Receiving Yard
2 points for every Two-Point Conversion Receiving
6 points for every Receiving TD

Returning
6 points for every Kick Return TD
6 points for every Punt Return TD

Defense
.5 point for every 1 Assisted Tackle
1 point for every Solo Tackle
2 points for every Interception
2 points for every Sack
2 points for every Fumble Forced
2 points for every Fumble Recovered (DB, DL, LB)
4 points for every Safety
6 points for every Defensive TD
2 points for every XP Blocked
4 points for every FG Blocked
2 points for every Punt Blocked

Kicking
3 points for every FG
1 extra point for every FG between 45 and 49 yards (inclusive)
2 extra points for every FG of 50 or more yards
1 point for every XP
-1 point for every XP Missed

Restricted free agency example:
the Cleveland Bengals want to add free agent Marvin Harrison. the Kansas City Colts would then have 24 or 48 hours to claim Marvin Harrison before the Cleveland Bengals could add him to their roster. Kansas City Colts would have the option to claim him because he is a player from their 2 NFL teams. No other teams would have the option to claim him.

Each team will play division rivals twice and remaining teams at random
Regular season lasts through week 13 of the NFL season

Playoffs
Playoffs are 3 weeks, week 14-week 16 of the NFL season
Top 2 seeds receive a bye in the first round of playoffs
Playoffs use a re-seeding process, with highest remaining seed always playing the lowest remaining seed
