My first question is ....what is a flex RB/WR. in the fox fantasy it requires you to start one of these.

my second question is ......do you watch the players, play football on the computer during the game r somthing, cuz this is what i heard.

Flex RB/WR means you have the option to play either an RB or a WR in that slot, whichever you think will perform better - just gives you a little more flexibility with how you pick your starters each week.

And what you watch on the computer is live updates of the stats for your team so you can see the fantasy points your players are scoring as they are scoring them - with Yahoo, it also shows your opponents points (not sure about Fox since I haven't used it for a few years after some bad experiences there).

stomper hit the nail on the head, but I want to tack a bit of something onto that. Although you get live stat updates, I find it helpful to, if possible, watch some of the actual game on tv. It helps get a little more of a feel for how the players you have play in different situations and against different teams. Other than that, stompers reply was perfecto ;-D

generically, flex is simply a starting roster spot that allows the owners to choose which position to start in that slot. usually WR or RB, but i have seen flex that allow any position except QB.
