I saw this briefly on the news and abstinence is a current trend that has picked up in recent years. Either waiting for marriage, waiting for love, waiting for someone special, or waiting for some other reason, a lot of kids are choosing to wait. Say what you will, but these kids who choose to wait will not get VD and/or pregnant. And maybe they're finally realizing the logic in this. You don't have to have sex just because Boozie, Dan, and moon say so.

or, you could be like me, a dork that can't get laid but says (truthfully) that they would wait, and yes while some kids may say that they're gonna wait or may say that they are "straight edge", the number of kids that aren't and are quite vocal about it scares me.
