I'm back from my long 4 weeks of little computer access. I was at the National Student Leadership Conference for the past two weeks at American University. I had a blast, and if anyone gets invited to it or has a son or daughter that gets invited to it, I highly recommend it. ;-D

Anyway, I'm back now, so in case any of you were worried... :-B

nah.. i got one of those too but its pretty much for rich people.. colleges don't care that much.

I'm seriously considering American University for college. I'm guessing they were just a host and the school didn't have much to do with it, correct? I visited over April vacation, but it was just a quick tour really. Basically what I'm trying to say is, what did you think of what you saw? O:-)

The campus is nice, and its only a few minutes from DC. I didn't get a great look at a lot of the facilities; they seemed nice for the most part with only a few exceptions. The communications section that I visited seemed really nice and new if you're interested in that. The food there was actually not that bad, if that impacts you at all. :-B

I didn't go many places on the campus, so I don't really have a ton of details, but it's a nice school that's really close to the city without being right in the middle of a city.
