I just read about that too. The best thing about this story is the fact that I just traded Keyshawn & DeShaun for Clinton Portis yesterday. I can't believe my good luck!!!

Oh well, I had dropped Smith earlier in the week to make room
in my roster. Didn't think he'd get much playing time with Foster's
seemingly imminent return. Any chance Smith might return to
early season form?

What I shame - I had been hoping Foster could provide a spark for Carolina's offense.

Anyway, the Charlotte Observer is carrying this story, so it looks like we'll have to wait for next year to see Foster in action.

I suggest that no one think this is good info for Lamar Smith and do something crazy to acquire him. Smith seems to be hitting that wall and or everyone is keying on him and making Carolina win with the passing game.
