I heard this nice stat on Mike and Mike this morning. It was a range from the 20s to the 40s I believe but it was a 31 year stretch where they only had 1 winning season. That's 30 years of loserville. 8-o

You young Philly fans can certainly argue that the Phillies aren't that bad but that's because in the past 30 years there's been a World Series Championship and a trip to the series in '93. But frankly, if this was their 29th losing season in that stretch there would be a huge castration in Philly. I can see arguments both ways really.

They have been the leader in losses for a while, is this just a big deal because it is a round number :-?
