yeah... but Chaska is a lot better than anywhere else in the cities... if you head up to forest lake or move down towards farmington etc... decent... but most of the burbs suck a$$...

I'd agree with most of them biting, in actuality if I ever moved back to the cities, it'd either be west or back to White Bear where I grew up, though that 35E/694 construction is such a pain to get through. It's been for ever since I've been to Chaska so my perspective of that part of the cities is skewed.

What's wrong with the burbs? Those southwest of the cities are nice.

Chaska is pretty nice but they're clearly not taking nightlife/entertainment into account on this list.

I like where I live... but I've lived in better places in the state... I grew up in Ely which Kuralt called top 10 in the country in his book... Ely is better than any of the burbs by far... I like living in the southern twin cities though... just enough outside the cities where I don't go insane, but close enough that it is a short drive to anything...

That probably helped Chaska's ranking... It's close to the cities, but lots of lakes and woods and a small town feel...
