So, what you're saying is that I get the first pick for each round of the rest of our waiver draft? Sweet. :-D

Just to make sure I've got this right... We basically put all the guys we want into waivers and then Wednesday will hit and we'll get some of them (or not I suppose) and then everyone else is a FA and it's a free-for-all?

Commissioner tools....edit waiver order ;-D

I misspoke there. I meant the waiver dates on all players. The waiver order isn't a problem but getting all the players on waivers has me stumped.

Ok, here's the current standings of the rosters:
The Juggernaut: None - Team is complete
hybrid/WTF is Football?: Gary Brackett (IDP-Ind), Jonathan Vilma (IDP-NYJ)
Pump Up the Valium: Leon Washington (RB-NYJ), Chris Brown (RB-Ten)
Sluggin Fireballs: None - Team is complete
Just Another Upset/Team Chowda: Derrick Brooks (IDP-TB), James Farrior (IDP-Pit)
The Loveable Losers: None - Team is complete
Fire Millen: None - Team is complete
LT and the Boyz: None - Team is complete
Rabid Rabbit Habit: Brian Dawkins (IDP-Phi)
Mustangs: Adrian Peterson (RB-Chi), Keith Brooking (IDP-Atl)
Playmakers: None - Team is complete
Sim's Meathead Squad/LT Sucks: None - Team is complete

Now, here's where we stand. I'm still waiting to hear back from Yahoo one way or the other on how to do this waiver thing (ie how to set all players to the same waiver date). If anyone knows how to do that let me know. I'm going to reopen the draft threads since we're not freezing for a live draft and we have some time.

As a last resort I have something that I'm not overly thrilled with but it is an option. My software that I'm using to draft my team does have a mock draft ability. With the flip of a switch I could tell it to autodraft for all of our teams and post the final rosters from there. Like I said, I don't like it as an option but it's definitely there as a last resort. The nice thing is that if we can't set the waiver dates and do it that way we've really got until Wednesday night before we have to implement the autodraft. ;-D

I think you can place those players above on their respective teams. Maybe if you take all waivers off it will let you. After that, just set the waivers as on and since all players should be FAs, you should be good to go.

All rosters are up to date through 10.04 now in Yahoo. Now we just need to find out if we can set all players to be on waivers and if so do that and set the waiver priority to the next picks coming up. If we can't then we'll continue our draft through Wednesday and then I'll autopick the rest of the draft and post it in manually now that I know how to do that.

Again, that's my last choice...if we can't do the waivers then maybe just the spectre of an autodraft will get people to make their picks...we're in round 10 right now and only have 16 rounds so it's not impossible for us to get this thing done without any tricks at all.

I'm a little confused here myself. I had the last pick, so I should have the #1 waiver priority. Will I have it again after the free-for-all is concluded? I'd hate to lose a #1 waiver just because we didn't have time to finish the draft. :-S

Man I wish we could just set up a live draft to finish off what we still have left. :-/

Here's a crazy idea. There are 12 of us left and 6 rounds. How about if we did something like this. Each of us has a time each day we must make a pick by. It would be something like this-

Big Pimpin- pick due by 8am Tuesday
Ken- pick due by 9am Tuesday
TLL- pick due by 10am Tuesday
and so on and so forth, until the last pick of the day , Mugrila's, is due by 9pm Tuesday night.

And then Wednesday-
Mugrila- pick due by 8am Tuesday
Mustangs- pick due by 9am Tuesday

Does that make sense? Everyone has an hour scheduled that they can make their pick, regardless of whether or not the person before them has finished making their pick. If we make a schedule and stick to it, it would be fair to everyone who tries hard and proxies their picks appropriately and we could finish our draft in time w/o autodrafting or messing with the waiver wire. Does this idea hold any merit guys? ;-D
