Could someone enhance my sig please?

My current Calvin Johnson Sig was borrowed from Ols

I would ask him to do this but he hasn't been on. I only have paint so I couldn't remove the name Calvin Johnson in the background (so I could put my caption). Therefore I had to cut out the picture of just him, have to paint with the paint brush over some parts (you can tell, especially left shoulder) and have a boring background.

So if someone could take the original one and take the name out, and either keep the backround or change it, and then put in my "definition of Calvinism" that would be great. Any additional effects that would look better, and maybe a lions logo or something would be nice.
