I have a 12 team head 2 head keeper league on fleaflicker in need of one for sure and maybe two owners. $ 60 entry fee with 100% paid out. We will be drafting next Sunday @ 2:30 PM EST. Please let me know ASAP

Heres the rules / scoring
GFFL
Gateway Fantasy Football League rules

(1) Gateway Fantasy Football League will be a league with 12 teams divided into 2 divisions. Divisions will be named later.
(2) Schedule-- Each team will play a 13 week game schedule each season. Each team will play two games against each team in their own division along with a total of 3 games against the other division in the league. Due to the 13 week schedule, you will not play everyone in the other divisions during the regular season, but adjustments will be made at year end so you face the other teams in future years. The schedules will be posted after the draft order has been selected.
(3) Playoffs—Playoffs will be made up of 6 teams. Seeds # 1 and # 2 will be given to the division winners and they will have a bye the first week of the playoffs. Seeds # 3 through # 6 will be made up of the tope 4 teams remaining.
There will also be a Toilet bowl playoff brackets made up of the 6 teams not making the GFFL Championship bracket. Seeding will work the same way.
(4)Keeper league-- Gateway Fantasy Football league will be a keeper league. Number (17) will go into greater detail.
After the first season is complete each owner will be able to keep up to 3 players from their roster. Each player kept will cost the owner $ 10 dollars a piece. All money collected from keepers will be added to the Bonus pot. More details on the bonus pot below at 5.2
(5) League fees will be $ 60 dollars total. Which will be paid out 100% in prize money. See 5.2 for prize breakdown.
(5.1)Transaction fees-- All transaction will cost $ 1 dollar each. So if you wish to drop a player and pick up another it will cost a total of $ 2 dollars. Each trade will cost a dollar per each team participating in the trade. All money collected from transactions will be placed in the bonus pot.

(5.2) Payouts are as follows:

(1) Season points leader........$100
(2) Division champ(2).......$75 / each
(3) Toilet Bowl Champion……$25
(4) League Champion runner up ...... $125
(5) GFFL Champion......$320
12 teams X $ 60 = $ 720. Pay out total is $ 720
As you can see a team has the potential to win a lot of money
(5.2) Bonus pot. This applies to future seasons. Any money collected from keepers or transaction fees will be divided between the payout categories listed above. The bonus pot will vary from season to season, depending on how many players are selected as keepers and amount of transactions.

(6) Trades- Weekly trading can be made from Tuesday at 9:00 AM EST until Thursday at 9:00 PM EST.
To submit a trade, all trade requests must be E-mailed to the Commissioner. You must include your name, your team name, player (s) being traded, team name that you are trading with, and the player (s) being acquired. Trade confirmation must be sent in by all parties involved in the trade to have the commissioner submit it to the league for a vote. Rosters must be complete at all times and minimum positions requirements must be maintained. Trades can be made through the Thursday 9:00 PM, prior to week 10.
(6.1) what can be traded- Players, draft picks and future draft picks can be traded.
(6.2) Approval/rejection of trades-- Trades will be submitted by the commission to the entire league for approval by e-mail. After a trade has been submitted to the commissioner, the trade will be sent to the entire league for a vote. Once a vote has been sent out to the league for a vote, the owners need to reply within 48 hours. In the case not enough votes are received, the commissioner will cast enough votes to approve or disapprove a trade. If a trade seems fair to you should reply with a Yes Vote. If a trade seems to be too one-sided for one team, the owners should Vote No on the trade. All E-mail votes should be sent to the Commissioner. If six teams reject the proposal, the trade will be vetoed. If six teams vote to approve the trade will be passed. The commissioner will hold the right to cast up to two votes per trade. If there are not enough votes cast, the commissioner will cast enough to approve or disapprove the trade. The commissioner will not overturn any decision made by the league if there are at least 6 votes submitted as approved or disapproved. The commissioner may also include comments on the trade to the league prior to them voting on the deal.

(6.3) If a trade results in a roster not being legal (2-1 or 3-2 type trades), the owner acquiring the higher number of players will be required to drop enough players to have a legal roster. This must be done ASAP. If this is not done by the start of the next week, the team will not receive credit for the newly acquired player(s). The team with the lower number of players will need to add players from the Free Agent list until their roster is legal.
(6.4) Trade deadline- The deadline for trades will be 9:00 PM EST on the Thursday prior to week 10.
(7) Future draft choices...trading of future draft choices will be allowed. However the team trading away the future draft pick(s) will need to be paid in full for that following season.

(8) Free agents--Can be picked up during the same period as the trading period. From Tuesday at 9:00 AM to Thursday at 9:00 PM EST

(9) Disabled list-- There will be no disabled list. So if a player gets injured you can either keep him on your roster or release him and replace him with a free agent.

(10) Rosters--at the initial draft, a combination of 17 NFL players and Special Teams/Defenses will be selected by each owner. The only roster requirement is that each owner drafts enough players from each position to field a starting team.

(11) Starting requirements--the following starting lineup requirements will be submitted each week by each owner...failing to do so will result in defaulting to previous weeks starting lineup:
1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1 flex(RB,WR/TE),1Kicker ,1 Special teams / Defensive team.
Players in early games are locked at kickoff of their game, other players are locked Sunday at 1PM ET

The remaining 8 players will constitute the bench, and can be made up of any combination of NFL players and ST/D's.

(12) Annual Draft-- After the first season the annual draft will be some time in May. Owners can draft any player not listed as a keeper.

(13) Draft order for the first season- for the initial draft, to fill the 18 roster spots, will be a serpentine draft 1-14, then reversed 14-1, and will proceed that way for all 18 rounds...Order in the draft will be random and determined by the web site hosting the league.
(13.1) Each year after the first the draft order will be awarded in reverse order of the standings 14-1. Each round will continue that way until all rosters are full.

(14) Tie Breakers--
Division standing and playoff seeding tie breakers
1. Best division record (same division only)
2. Best head-to-head record
3. Most average points/game
4. Hardest schedule (record)
5. Hardest schedule (points)

(15) Scoring:
Passing
Rule Apply To
1 point for every 20 Passing Yards ALL
2 points for every Two-Point Conversion Passing ALL
4 points for every Passing TD ALL
-2 points for every Interception ALL

Rushing/Fumble
Rule Apply To
1 point for every 10 Rushing Yards ALL
2 points for every Two-Point Conversion Rushing ALL
6 points for every Rushing TD ALL
-1 point for every Fumble Lost ALL

Receiving
Rule Apply To
1 point for every 10 Receiving Yards ALL
2 points for every Two-Point Conversion Receiving ALL
6 points for every Receiving TD ALL

Returning
Rule Apply To
6 points for every Kick Return TD ALL
6 points for every Punt Return TD ALL

Defense
Rule Apply To
2 points for every Interception ALL
2 points for every Sack ALL
2 points for every Fumble Forced ALL
1 point for every Fumble Recovered TM
4 points for every Safety ALL
6 points for every Defensive TD ALL
10 extra points when total Points Allowed is exactly 0 TM
5 extra points when total Points Allowed is between 2 and 10 (inclusive) TM

Kicking
Rule Apply To
3 points for every FG ALL
2 extra points for every FG of 50 or more yards ALL
1 extra point for every FG between 40 and 49 yards ALL
1 point for every XP

(16) Regular season tie breakers--there will be no tie breaks for regular season games...a tie is a tie, and will be reflected in the standings as such.

(16.1)Playoffs tie breakers-- A tie will be decided by the following: The total bench points. If the tie is still not broken, then it will be the highest starting QB's score. If not then, it will continue with the starting RB's, WR's, TE, K, Def, and then the same with the bench. If this does not settle it, a coin flip.
Summary in order: Total Bench, Starting QB, RBS, WR'S, TE, K, DEF, the same with the bench, coin flip.
(17) Keepers-- Each team may keep up to 3 players to remain on their team for the next season. Remember each player kept will cost $ 10 dollars each and that money will go to the Bonus pot mentioned above. This cost is in additional to the normal league fees. Keepers must be named by the NFL All-Pro game.
(17.1) So what if I don’t want to keep 3 players. For teams that keep 3 players they basically start drafting in the 4th round. Teams that keep 2 players will start drafting in the 3rd round and teams that keep 1 player will start drafting in the 2nd round. Teams that keep 0 players will start drafting in the first round. I’m hoping that most teams will keep 2 or 3 players
Example
11 teams keep 3 players, they start drafting in the 4th round
1 team keeps 2 players, they start drafting in the 3rd round
1 team keeps 1 player, they start drafting in the 2nd round
1 team had a bad year and don’t keep any players. They draft in the 1st round.
So by the time the 4th round starts every team has three players.
Draft order will still be worst to first. Any traded picks will be honored.

(18) Adding/changing rules--If anyone has suggestions for changing or adding new rules send your ideas to me and if I approve I will send it out for league vote and majority will rule.

Keeping things more simple. My league is a $50 auction keeper, looking for 2 spots to fill. First year of the league with competitive owners. 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 flex, 1 te, 1 k, 1 dst, 8 bench. $200 salary cap, contracts might go into effect, but thats up for a vote from the owners. Standard scoring with 5 pt bonuses at 100 yards ru/re, 300 pass, and 5 pts for td's over 50 yds. Let me know if you're interested ASAP.
