Incorporating QB Passer Rating into FF scoring?

Any of you incorporate QB passer rating into your league's FF scoring rules?

Please share if you do, my league is considering this and I'm looking for a few different options. I've searched three forums and haven't found much. It doesn't seem too popular.

For one, passer rating is the most useless stat that there is in sports. With that said, it should not be used in any type of scoring option

We don't use "passer rating"; however, we do utilized completions, completions percentage, yards, TD's, and INT's into a QB score.

Passer Rating comes from TDs, INTs, completions, etc.

Just score based on the regular stats and BOOM, you've already incorporated Passer Rating into your scoring system!

The problem is most in our league hate negative scoring (-2 for INT, etc.). So the past 5 years we've only given points for TDs and Yards - nothing else. So a QB who had 3TD, 5INT, 300yds outscored a QB who has 3TD, 0INT, 250YDS. I hate that.

So awarding some bonus points for a higher rating fixes that for us. Well, it's LOOKING like it will, this will be the first time we've tried it.

I personally just think QB #2 should have the higher FF score:
(PassTD=6, PassINT=-2, 1pt per 25yds)
QB #1) 3td, 4int, 275yds, 74.6rat
18 -8 +11 = 21 pts

QB #2) 2td, 0int, 224yds, 158.3rat
12 +8 = 20 pts

We're thinking screw the -8 for the 4 INT's, and give the 150+ rating a bonus. We'd setup bonus points for passer rating ranges above 90 or so.

Worked up a spreadsheet last night with 12 different scoring methods and 13 example QB game performances.

How would you rank these 13 QB game stats in respect to FF performance? (Try doing it without actually calculating a score)
--------------------------------
qb01 0td, 4int, 201yds, 34.0rat
qb02 3td, 0int, 148yds, 138.3rat
qb03 4td, 0int, 244yds, 128.2rat
qb04 3td, 0int, 172yds, 97.0rat
qb05 2td, 0int, 218yds, 158.3rat
qb06 1td, 0int, 254yds, 102.6rat
qb07 3td, 3int, 275yds, 82.5rat
qb08 2td, 1int, 163yds, 82.3rat
qb09 0td, 3int, 176yds, 23.7rat
qb10 1td, 3int, 433yds, 77.2rat
qb11 3td, 3int, 218yds, 77.5rat
qb12 3td, 1int, 314yds, 113.3rat
qb13 3td, 3int, 302yds, 83.3rat
--------------------------------

With the scoring system I'm going to propose to the league, they rank like so:
--------------------------
qb03 4td, 0int, 244yds, 128.2rat 40 pts
qb12 3td, 1int, 314yds, 113.3rat 36 pts
qb05 2td, 0int, 218yds, 158.3rat 35 pts
qb02 3td, 0int, 148yds, 138.3rat 31 pts
qb13 3td, 3int, 302yds, 83.3rat 30 pts0
qb07 3td, 3int, 275yds, 82.5rat 29 pts
qb04 3td, 0int, 172yds, 97.0rat 28 pts
qb11 3td, 3int, 218yds, 77.5rat 26 pts
qb10 1td, 3int, 433yds, 77.2rat 23 pts
qb06 1td, 0int, 254yds, 102.6rat 21 pts
qb08 2td, 1int, 163yds, 82.3rat 18 pts
qb01 0td, 4int, 201yds, 34.0rat 8 pts
qb09 0td, 3int, 176yds, 23.7rat 7 pts

Calculated using...

Passing TD = 6pts
Passing Yds = 1pt per 25yds
INT = 0
+ Passer Rating Bonus (must have 12 attempts to qualify):
0-89.9 = 0
90 - 99.9 = 4
100 - 109.9 = 5
110 - 119.9 = 6
120 - 129.9 = 7
130 - 139.9 = 8
140 - 149.9 = 9
150 - 158.2 = 10
158.3 = 15
