Dynasty/Salary Cap and Re-draft leagues with openings

I am starting a 12 team dynasty/salary cap league for next season. I am taking some time to pick and choose the best GM's so we can have the best league possible.

12 teams - 48 man rosters
Salary Cap ( salaries based on previous year's performance)
Contract years - 80 years to distribute among your team
Individual Defensive Players
6 round yearly rookie draft (starting the year after the initial draft)

Also available is a 14 team ppr redraft available.
