Scoring, Rules and the Draft aren't really decided yet. I'll probably get the league to vote once it's full. Draft's is almost certainly going to be sometime between about August 28 -September 3.

I've got a basic draft of rules and scoring. It'll be pretty standard scoring. 0-4 keepers each year. Preliminary date for the draft is Aug. 31 at 7 PM PST. That could be changed though.

Here's the preliminary rules I've put up.
The league is gonna be a 12 teamer keeper. I'll run the league on Yahoo. It's likely gonna have to be a live draft too.

Starting Roster likely will be QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, K, D and 9 bench spots. I'm open to the option of the addition of flex spots and/or IR spots as well.

Scoring will be pretty standard, I'm thinking
1/20 Pass, 4/Pass TD
1/10 Rush/Receive, 6/Rush/Receive TD
2PC = 2
-2/INT, -2/Fum

PAT = 1
FG<=39 = 3
FG>=40&<=49 = 4
FG>=50 = 5

Fum Recov = 2
INT = 2
Sack = 1
Def. TD = 6
Safety = 2
Blk. Kick = 2

Points Allowed:
0 = 10
1-6 = 7
7-13 = 4
14-20 = 1
21-27 = 0
28-34 = -1
35+ = -4

A couple things to think about:
PPR?
QB Scoring?

As for Keepers, I wanna go something like 0-4 Keepers. If you keep a player you forfeit the draft pick you picked him at the year previous. Undrafted players take up a 12th round pick. Any comments/suggestions here would be welcome.

For free agency I'd like to implement a system that puts players on waivers before the weekend and they clear waivers by Tuesday. Not sure if that's possible on Yahoo so if not I'd lock FAs Sunday through Monday/Tuesday.

Playoffs will be 6 teams weeks 14,15,16. Top 2 teams get a bye.
