The best FFL site is ........

Postby waybigdog » Thu Jul 26, 2007 10:01 am

I have been playing FF for 18 years now . For the past few I have done NFL.com , Yahoo , CBS , and of course ESPN. ESPN has turned into a joke in my opinion in the past couple years with interface problems etc since they started offering " free " FF.

I am looking for recommendations for FFL site's that are well run by the company with little problem with interface and or updates.

So in short , What is the best FFL site in your opinion ? Thank you for the help .

Personally I like ESPN, or yahoo. Yahoo is more user friendly and very easy to use but gives you very little freedom. ESPN takes a little more time to learn but give you a little more freedom.

I like ESPN (as far as a free league goes)

However the site that takes the cake is Myfantasyleague.com
It costs a lot of money so it is not talked about to much because most leagues are more casual. I’m not the commish of that league so I can’t tell you to many features, but let me tell you if you ever run a 50 dollar a person kind of league I highly recommend this site.

Yeh, after mega-problems on ESPN a couple years ago, I vowed never again! Yahoo is good for a basic service - I still like using it a lot. Using AOL for the first time this year and it looks pretty good. Tried fleaflicker.com last year and it was okay, but very basic, no frills.

Sounds like your looking for something like

fleaflicker.com

Fully customizable leagues (IDP/Keepers/redraft) with free live scoring. Easy setup

Only problem is bad player news and projections. I would use another site for your research.

Myfantasyleague.com is the best in my opinion.
Primary league uses The Huddle "perfect scoring system"

Free, AOL and best are three words never to be used in the same sentence.

Why would I pay for a league host when I can get everything for free. Have you run a league on AOL?

http://www.nfl.com/fantasy

Its free, has lots of free player information, is solid as a rock, and its easy to use. I've played there the last 2 years and can't find a better place. I've tried ESPN, Yahoo, & Fox. They just don't compare.
League champion 05 & 06.
