I am shocked...If Odell has complied with the rules, then the NFLPA should have a field day with Goodell and his favortism....

I will await judgement before hearing all the details because Odell may have screwed up again....But at this point, it looks like Goodell is treating Thurman like a whipping boy....

PacMan gets a year, Tank and Henry get 8 games, Jared Allen gets 2 games, Joey Porter and a multitude of others get nothing...But Odell gets two years?! Friggin ridiculous...

yeah that surprises me as well. he seemed to stay relatively clean (well for a bengal) during the suspension so i figured he was going to be back.

I personally am not a fan of Odell Thurman, even though he plays for my home team.

That said, unless the commish comes out with a reasonable reason (something that hasn't yet been made public) for keeping Thurman suspended for two full years for a DUI, then he has a lot of explaining to do about other shorter suspensions or non-suspensions for significantly worse crimes.

Funny how Bengal fans somehow overlook a key sentence for lengthening it for "no reason".
