A very sad day for football fans, coaches, and players, past and present. Rest In Peace, Bill. You were truly a great man and coach and will be missed.

The first Super Bowl I can remember is the one where SF beat Miami. Walsh was a great coach and the NFL has improved with the addition of his West Coast Offence.

Truly he was an inspiration to all those who had the pleasure of knowing/watching him. Just listening to him talk about football makes me smile. ;-D
