Fantasy Football Dollar Values?

I am new to running a fantasy football keeper league (I'm in my 3rd year of baseball) and I'm trying to find a site that has reasonable, customizable dollar values to use for my league.

16-18 teams, 25 players per team, 11 starters, $120 million cap

If anybody knows a good site (free or cheap) to get customizable dollar values, please let me know.
