can read pg 2 without signing up - pg 1 doesn't talk about RBBC:

Maroney's burden is expected to increase significantly because Dillon is no longer with the team.

You don't have to sign up, just enter your birth year and zipcode.

As for the RBBC part, I'm guessing he's talking about this:

"Hold on, time out," the former University of Minnesota standout said after his first training camp practice. Nobody said anything about me being a feature back. I'm just getting a few more carries."

I've read reports that Heath Evans is doing very well in camp thus far and should provide late-round insurance to folks who draft Maroney. Being that Maroney's health is still in question it might not be a bad idea to take a look at him, especially if he holds onto the #2 spot on the depth chart.
